I have tried this more than once, on nights when I just couldn’t settle down to sleep. The TV static effect doesn’t work for me. But it might help block out external noise, if that is what is keeping you awake? It didn’t clear my mind or help me drop off. See how you feel after repeating the sample several times?
I like the pink sound and the hemi sync in the background really does help me sleep better. I have tried other hemi sync albums with music but I struggle to sleep when I’m hearing complex sounds even when they’re soft and the music is very relaxing, that’s why this album is my favorite because it only has pink sound and hemi sync frecuencies so it doesn’t distract me or disturbes me in any way or form like music does
