    I’ve been lucky enough to have listened to Deborah Bromley in the past. I listened to her constantly while going through chemotherapy, I’m convinced it made the difference which got me through, helped my immune system. So when I was asked to try and review this cd I was thrilled and couldn’t wait, knowing how lucky I was to be asked. I started using it as soon as it arrived . 12 cd’s which range from coping with cravings, a sleep meditation which is beautiful, help to improve willpower but the main difference is understanding how your mind works and your relationship with food changes. One of the cd’s you play while eating and changes your appreciation of food and you really don’t want/need a huge meal, I’ve often eaten a meal and afterwards want something else but not now. I believe this is a permanent change for me, not starving for a short time then giving in at the sight of chocolate! these cd’s teach you to still love chocolate or whatever your favourite things are but only in a small amount. This is real, long term change. I would recommend these cd’s if you want change your eating habits and be healthy and slimmer. Thank you Deborah for teaching me to ‘eat less/ enjoy more’

    I came to Deborah for help with weight reduction, it was immediately clear she is well qualified. These tracks have key weight reduction messages set to soothing music to help shape and turn around my issues – I have listened to them many times – sometimes just when I need to relax and switch off

    Another great product from Deborah. The scripts are an inspiration and to have the audio tracks supported by the book is really really helpful. There isn’t much more that needs to be said other than I recommend it wholeheartedly.

    Such a privilege to have listened to this album. I started listening several months back before starting my training to join the ambulance service with the hope that I would have my eating habits under control before the shift work began. After a month of being on the road and working all hours of the day, I can honestly say that Deborah has helped me quit my bad snacking habits, which was my main concern, particularly with the new job role. My portions are now smaller too and for the first time I have a healthy relationship with food and feel that I am on the right track to reaching my ideal weight!
    Thank you, Deborah, I will be forever grateful.

  5. Something's happening

    I have been listening to these MP3 tracks over the last three months during my lunch breaks and in the evening before I go to bed. At first nothing seemed to happen, but over time I began to realise that I was eating less bread and had virtually stopped eating chocolate; which has been a weakness of mine. My son bought me a chocolate bar last week and I ended up giving it back to him as I had no desire to eat it. I don’t know what’s happening but something is definitely happening since I started listening to the tracks. I have not been taking much exercise up to this point, but I have managed to lose a few pounds. I’m not very overweight but feel losing a minimum of 14 pounds would help to make me to feel better about life.

    The music and Deborah’s soothing voice on the tracks help me to go into a very deep state of relaxation and I have to confess I do often fall asleep, but I know that something is going on. I am going to continue listening to the tracks and start more exercise as I feel more motivated to do so now. I really feel that my thoughts are changing towards food and I’m looking forward to continuing the process with these Hemi Sync tracks. It’s still a mystery to me what’s going on when I listen to the tracks but I know that the results are that I’m beginning to feel better about myself and hopefully that will continue to show results in my weight loss. This is a great quality album and I would definitely recommend it to people who are struggling to lose weight as it seems underlying issues can block us from shedding those extra pounds.

  6. Helped change my thinking towards ‘dieting’!

    I was recommended to this by a friend who struggled with her weight due to stress.
    There are 12 tracks, some short and some longer. It’s recommended to start with track 1 which is all about training your mind to enjoy food properly so you don’t eat such big portions. What surprised me is finding out how I’ve always distracted myself with the TV or my phone when I’m eating. Then I eat twice as much as I need. The track really made me realise what the right amount was for me.
    But the best thing was feeling so much self control and willpower. It really affects how you feel about food but in a good way.
    I also realised it’s mad to go on a crash diet and eat horrible boring food that you hate. Better to have half the portion of your favourites then you can keep going but not feel like you’re dieting. So much more to explore with all the different tracks. Loved the track about overcoming obstacles. And the music was lovely.
    I’ve learned so much, it has really helped to change my perspective on everything about mindful eating, self confidence and body image!

Deborah Bromley

Deborah Bromley is a UK-based clinical hypnotherapist and Meridian Energy practitioner who believes we should all have more pleasure and enjoyment from life, while letting go of the negative ways of thinking and feeling that hold us back.

She qualified in 1999 with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and later joined the faculty, teaching master classes in her specialist subjects which included her methodology for helping people to lose unwanted weight. This innovative approach has also been published as a series of articles in the Hypnotherapy Journal, the professional journal of the UK-based National Council for Hypnotherapy.

Her professional practice focuses primarily on therapeutic interventions for women's issues using hypnosis, NLP and the energy therapies. She has specialized in helping clients to lose their unwanted weight for more than 20 years, developing and refining the process over time. Her 12 track album, Slimmer and Healthier: Creating a Slim, Healthy Body for Life is the culmination of her work.

She enjoys writing original hypnotherapy scripts and developing innovative treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals. She is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Deborah is also skilled in past life regression and trained in 2004 with Dr. Michael Newton (Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls), to become a certified Life-Between-Lives practitioner. This unique journey in trance is designed to uncover your deepest memories of your life as a soul, in between incarnations. She served on the board of the Newton Institute as Director of Development and also contributed to the best-selling Memories of the Afterlife, edited by Dr. Newton. She counts herself very fortunate to have known and worked with Dr. Newton, who passed away in 2016, and to continue to help further his work through the Newton Institute. She is currently serving as co-editor for the online journal, Stories of the Afterlife.
