Whether you are working on releasing old wounds, opening up your heart again or just want to listen to something calming and beautifully scored, this is a wonderful addition to any library. This lady’s voice is so calming, and together with the music it’s a pleasure to listen to it. It’s one of those meditations/recordings you do just because it’s lovely to listen to it, and not because you want to “work” on a particular aspect of yourself.
This album is so wonderful, I can’t begin to describe how amazing it is. The narrator’s voice (who is this wonderful woman, by the way???) is so relaxing, and a perfect match to the content and the rest of the audio content. This album does a great job at loosening any objections and opening blockages as well as really instilling a sens of acceptance and, just like the title says, LOVE. Highly recommended.
I find this album very good at softening anger and getting in touch with the underlying hurt, especially with the visualised embrace of my supposed enemies. Since I am the first victim of my own negative mental states, this very calming product has helped release me from that bondage, especially as it relates to the mistakes of my parents.

This is an amazing process to release blockages and pain from your heart center. Really helped me to release enough negativity to help me to begin my healing process from years of abuse.
