This one is the best for switching off the clutter in your mind

I have a few hemi sync tracks but non are as profound as this i feel in a matter of minutes i just switch to a calm state its quite nice its like a mute button from this dymention. I dont know how it works but its really good i can seem to Finnish this track i just sleep by the 15 minute mark but a giod clam refreshing sleep

This is my 2nd Hemi-Sync CD by J.S. Epperson and, at this moment, it is my favorite Hemi-Sync release. I use several of their offerings just as calming music as I go to sleep. ASCENSION is wonderful for meditation.
