This is a guided meditation. It begins by getting you to focus on a familiar place and to notice in detail things about ti and things you are grateful for.
It then guides you to focus on a relationship and focus on the aspects that are positive and things you are grateful for in that relationship.
Finally, it guides you to look at yourself and focus on the things about you that you are grateful about.
This experience left me feeling lighter and more “full of love” for lack of a better term. I enjoyed it. Patty’s voice is very soothing as always. Thank you. Much gratitude.
