Wow that was amazing, just the right amount words and the binaural beats was spot on. It was breakthrough for me in my meditation.
I have been using A Return to Light for a few months along with other meditations. The three meditations in this set are truly profound. Each takes one more deeply relaxed and at the same time higher into a state of clarity and connection with the higher self/ Source/the Divine. The hemi-sync music along with the voice and cadence of Ms. Avalon establish a peaceful and relaxing environment, while the energy grows in intensity that fills the space all around opening up the potential for something beneficial to come. Translucence, the second one, invites three messages to come to you. These are always phenomenal messages. I use this frequently, especially if I am looking for an answer or some information on a deeper level. The third one takes the meditator to a place for healing. It too has always been a profound experience, often with a significant result. I believe these meditations have helped to deepen my meditative experience, as with most of the other hemi-sync that I use. My husband is now using them and I am buying them for my children who are meditators as well.
