Your invitation into the art of flow—where sound, stillness, and imagination meet.

Guided by Bren Seed, LPC, these meditations weave sound, imagery, and gentle awareness to help you reconnect with your own natural rhythm. When we surrender to flow, healing no longer has to be forced—it simply begins to move through us. The heart softens, creativity awakens, and healing begins to move in its own natural rhythm. These offerings are a gentle reminder: trust the current, and it will carry you home.

Each meditation is an invitation to breathe, explore, and rediscover the beauty of being in motion, even when standing still. Healing doesn’t always happen by trying harder—it happens when we drop into flow. In this collection, Hemi-Sync® blends voice, sound, and imagination to help you slip into that timeless state where creativity, courage, and calm all meet. Here, the heart remembers how to live again.

Includes three 20-minute tracks:
Ebb and Flow Healing Breath
Stepping Down into Wise Imagination
Orb of Warm Glowing Light

These meditations, regardless of the type of grief you may be experiencing, will help you navigate these transitions.

Bren Seed

Bren Seed, LPC is an art therapist and psychotherapist who loves exploring the creative edges of healing. Since 2006, she has walked alongside clients as they navigate the ebb and flow of being human, helping them find meaning, movement, and sometimes even a little magic along the way.

After years in private practice and supervising at a clinic in Oregon, Bren returned to her home state of Virginia in 2018 and founded Ebb and Flow Therapy LLC, a telehealth practice dedicated to meeting people where they are. Bren believes that healing is amplified in the state of flow—those moments when trust is established, pain can be engaged through creativity and imagination, and something wiser within us begins to move. Her work draws on the power of art, sound, visualization, and meditation, inviting play, curiosity, and wonder back into the process of growth.

In addition to her deep work with grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions, Bren integrates Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help clients open to new ways of experiencing presence, courage, and connection.

Through her work as a therapist, and through her recorded meditations, talks, workshops, and retreats, Bren encourages others to acknowledge and engage with what is—to follow their inner rhythm and let healing unfold naturally, in its own beautiful, surprising flow.
