Awaken your spirit core and bring greater self-awareness by moving out of the unconscious trance-like state we often fall into in daily life.

This guided meditation by Rev. Lee Taylor is designed to focus you on the three anchor points of the soul: the mind, heart, and will—drawing from spiritual and religious traditions that view these centers as gateways to inner balance and spiritual awakening. These points are recognized as essential for integrating the human experience into a coherent spiritual journey.

By focusing on these centers you can awaken your spirit core and bring greater self-awareness, moving out of the unconscious trance-like state we often fall into in daily life. Recognize your true internal and external states—thoughts, emotions, speech, and actions—by observing how each flows through these anchor points.

Includes three tracks; Track 1 is a brief 6-minute introduction; Track 2 is the fully guided 31-minute meditation; Track 3 is a 31-minute free flow, offering brief verbal reminders with more open space, allowing you to spend more time on this inward journey.

Producer Garrett Stevens. Engineered and mastered by Kevin Cowan. Music and additional engineering by Justin Cason.

Another album by Rev. Lee Taylor is Blessings of the Heart.

Rev Lee Taylor

Reverend Lee Taylor, known for his progressive outlook and commitment to inclusivity, serves as the vicar of three churches nestled in and around the picturesque town of Llangollen in North Wales, UK. His visionary approach blends tradition with modern spirituality, meeting the evolving needs of his congregation and beyond.

Lee is a practitioner in the field of biofield sound therapy and has introduced transformative practices such as Soundbath Meditations at Saint Collen’s Church, Llangollen. This innovative work has brought together a diverse group of spiritual seekers, united in the pursuit of solace and enlightenment through the power of sound.

He is also a member of the Churches’ Fellowship of Psychical and Spiritual Studies, a society dedicated to exploring and understanding spiritual, psychic, and mystical experiences within a Christian context.

Lee’s love for music and the arts is evident in his ministry, where he shares his musical gifts by playing the organ for early morning Sunday services and leading regular workshops on the timeless beauty of Gregorian chant. Llangollen boasts the historical site of Valle Crucis, where Gregorian chant would have played a central role in the monks’ daily round of worship.

Currently pursuing a part-time research degree in religious and mystical experience, Lee’s scholarly pursuits delve into the realm of near-death experiences. His participation in the Near-Death Experience Spectrum at the Monroe Institute in 2023, coupled with a presentation on the topic at the “Aging as Adventure” conference at Emmanuel College, Cambridge in 2024, underscores his commitment to unravelling the mysteries of the divine.

He is also currently writing a book, “Divine Comedy: Over a Century of Comic Clergy on Stage and Screen”, which draws on his other great interest in theatre and Victorian music hall. The book is scheduled for publication at the end of 2026.
