Amar Sangit

G.S. Sachdev is the premier artist of the North Indian bamboo flute, known as the bansuri. Amar Sangit (Immortal Music) displays Sachdev’s personal and spiritual improvisations upon India’s classical and folk melodies. His half-century devotion to the subtleties of the bansuri, and to the spiritual roots of Indian music, enables him to play with precision and heart.
