When Bob is saying, “You should be hearing my voice in your right (or left) ear” I’m hearing it in both. Why?

If you are listening through a media player, such as Apple Music, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, etc., we found the voice can be “ghosted” in the adjacent channel. This is due to the fact that media players are software, and do not operate like home stereo systems, which are hardware. We create all of our audio masters in stereo, and have verified these are correct. We also confirmed the Hemi-Sync® frequencies are separated, so there is no issue with entering into hemispheric synchronization.
Note: This is not an issue with CDs being played on home stereo equipment/CD players.
