  • How do I download the app?

    Click the links below to download Hemi-Sync® directly from the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android):


  • What’s the difference between the Hemi-Sync® Flow and Hemi-Sync® Premium subscriptions?

    For a detailed comparison of both subscriptions, including features, benefits, and pricing, click here.


  • Why can’t I access my subscription?

    Ensure you are logged in to the Hemi-Sync® app with the same email and password you used to purchase the subscription. If you subscribed through Hemi-Sync.com, log in with your Hemi-Sync® email and password. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, log in with your Apple or Google email and password.


  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you subscribed through Hemi-Sync.com, you can cancel by logging into your account, navigating to “Subscriptions”, selecting "View," and clicking the "Cancel" button. If you need assistance, please email our support team at interstate@hemi-sync.com 

    If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you’ll need to cancel through your device’s subscription settings:


  • Why are some of the audios only a few minutes long?

    These are samples and you will need to upgrade your subscription for full access. You can upgrade by purchasing on Hemi-Sync.com.


  • Why can't I access new releases, album series, or the full Gateway program after purchasing the Flow subscription?

    These programs are included with the Unlimited Premium membership. To unlock access to this content, you'll need to upgrade to Premium. You can upgrade by purchasing on Hemi-Sync.com.


  • Why do tracks stop playing after a few minutes with the Flow subscription?

    With the Flow subscription, you get access to hundreds of full-length albums, everything in our library except for album series and new releases.

    Tracks from album series and new releases will only play in sample form unless you have an Unlimited Premium membership. To unlock full access to this content, you can upgrade to Premium at Hemi-Sync.com.

  • Why can't I find all the Gateway tapes after subscribing to Premium?

    Here’s how to find the Gateway tapes:

    1. Tap "Explore" in the app.
    2. At the top, you'll find a Search Bar. Type in an album title like Gateway Experience, and it should appear.
    3. Scroll down to locate the Waves I–VIII bundle in your preferred language.
    4. Tap the album icon to open its page, then select the three dots in the upper left corner.
    5. Choose "Add to Library" to save it for easy access next time.

  • Can I access my previously purchased products on the app without a subscription?

    Yes! You can listen to your purchased albums on our free mobile app, no subscription required. Simply sign in with your Hemi-Sync® account.

    Your purchased albums won’t appear in a dedicated section but are available within their respective categories. If you own an album, it will play in full when selected.

    Steps to find your purchases:

    1. Tap "Explore" in the app's bottom menu.
    2. Enter the album title in the Search Bar and select it when it appears.
    3. On the album page, tap the three dots and select "Add to Library."

    This ensures your album is always in your Library for quick access. If you need assistance, please email our support team at interstate@hemi-sync.com 


  • Can I use my subscription on my computer?

    At this time, subscriptions are only accessible through the Hemi-Sync® app on mobile devices and tablets.


  • Can I download the files?

    Yes, you can download files within the app for offline listening. However, subscription content cannot be downloaded outside the app.

    To download products:

    1. Go to the product page and click the download arrow.
    2. Access your downloaded content by navigating to the "Library" page and selecting "Downloads."

    For general listening guidance and safety information, please visit our Listening Tips page. Remember, Hemi-Sync® should not be used while driving or operating heavy machinery.
