How to Use The Musical Body: Vitalizer
The Musical Body: Vitalizer utilizes transformational music, breath, and meditation techniques to create a state of deep, grounded receptivity and to awaken your essential self.
This album contains two programs. In the first, you will hear a spoken overview of The Ison Method™, and a brief introduction to the essential self and the essence of universal life energy. Then, before each musical segment, there is a short, spoken introduction that explains how that piece of music relates to a different aspect of consciousness.
Following each introduction is music composed to resonate with that chakra, or energy center. As we move down the ladder of consciousness, from the crown to the root chakra, your breath will entrain to the music’s rising and falling chords, creating a state of deep relaxation. The combination of relaxation and chakra awakening will enliven your entire energetic system, allowing you to receive universal life energy and creating an opening for your essential self to come forward.
The second program provides just the music for an uninterrupted journey through your energetic body. The musical section for each chakra segues to the next using carefully crafted harmonic modulation specially designed for this recording. Listen to the overview and spoken chakra introductions as many times as needed to familiarize yourself with The Ison Method™.
