I’m not entirely sure exactly what this is supposed to accomplish? I do know that majority of the time I listen to it with headphones, I feel it , and it seems to help me relax and also puts me to sleep.
I have purchased several tracks from Hemi-sync but never left a review. I love this album. I have been using these tracks for a bit. I always experience something, probably one of the most consistent tracks I’ve purchased (listen to them back to back). However, I have recently been experiencing Wake Induced Lucid Dreams with little or no consciousness loss. I hope they will create more like this because I often find following verbal instructions distracting but following the tones is effortless.
I didn’t get much out of this one unfortunately. I’m not sure that aural frequency shifts have much affect on the soul’s frequency.
I’m a fan of all products from Hemi-Sync and this one is another success.
It works.
It is long enough and the sound pattern takes you to higher frequencies at your command.
Highly recommended.
