Customer Reviews
In general, the audios are nice. The problem is, it does not come with any instructions. There are four audios, how do you use them? which one do you listen to first? does the order that you listen to matter? do you listen to the track in order and for how long before you move to the next? Is there a process or intention to this program? etc. A quick one-page guide would help tremendously.
