Benefits of Expanding Your Awareness

“Every decision we make and every action we take is based on our level of awareness at any given moment. In order to be all we can be, we must constantly work to change and expand our level of awareness, or our perception of reality.” — Anthony Robbins

The premise of Bob Monroe’s work in developing Hemi-Sync® was to create accelerated learning through expanded forms of consciousness. His goal was to help us learn how to turn that which we believe into that which we know. Know that you are more than your physical body. How much more are you? Consider the possibility that the more is far greater than you’ve ever imagined or dreamed. The only way is to find out for yourself. Knowing produces change. And it helps you to become less fearful.

Expanded awareness can be explained as a state of consciousness in which we sense more than what is readily recognizable through the physical senses, or is grasped by the rational mind. It is the heightened ability to directly perceive and experience subtle truths and realities as they exist in both the subjective and objective worlds.

There are no limits. Monroe said, “The greatest illusion is that mankind has limitations.”

Our brain power is enhanced when we become more aware of the things around us. Expanded awareness allows us to be more fully aware in the present moment, enhancing our life experience and helping us to solve problems, generate more energy, become more creative—in essence, reaching our full potential. By changing our level of awareness we’re able to move past our limited views of reality. We can become more aware of the world around us, realizing that we are part of the whole.

We’ve learned that focused consciousness contains the solutions to the life processes that one desires or encounters. “…if you can find out the stuff that makes you think and be, you can use it in ways that you are not using it now.” (Robert A. Monroe, Far Journeys.)
